Australian Street Rod Federation. The Australian Street Rod Federation is a non-profit, voluntary organisation whose sole purpose is to promote and develop street rodding as an Australian national hobby. The ASRF, through its various states' Technical Advisory Committees, is an important link to state transport authorities for the development of street rodding in Australia. Its primary objective is to increase the number of street rods and customs in Australia by assisting members to build, register and insure their vehicles.
