At this time, the committee has everything just about nailed down. On Wednesday, they will be out at the venue (CCHP) packing goodies bags, double checking catering numbers for ordering food, checking last minute COVID Safe Plan changes/updates with the CCHP management and other administrative details.
So what are you, the entrants, preparing? Here's a list of things you might need for this year's CRAKK Run:
- Patience and Understanding. We understand. COVID sucks. Sign the forms. Don't crowd the reception and registration desks, keep your distance. Make sure your buddies have signed the declaration and scanned in. Tell the receptionist how many people are staying with you.
- 50s gear (for Saturday Kroozin').
- Hawaiian Shirt (for Sunday Kroozin').
- Craft stuff (tape, glue, scissors, for the kids Custom Crafting on Sunday).
- Remote Control Car(s).
- Rocker Cover Racer, and/or Matchbox Cars.
- Custom Bike for the Custom Bike Show.
- Money for Raffle Tickets, Auction, Toolbox Keys, Karnival Kuisine.
NSW Government COVID-19 Requirements
We have finalised our COVID-Safe operations for the weekend in conjunction with the CCHP COVID-Safe Plan. Our COVID-Safe Officer is Les Rice. The rules are simple - QR Code and Declaration.
Procedure for Entrants:
- Arrive at Capital Country Holiday Park.
- Stop at reception to check in for your accommodation.
- Sign in and get your cabin key or designated camping spot/pull-through.
- When Registration opens, proceed to the Conference Room near the pool, behind the Putt-Putt Golf course.
- Enter the Conference room/Registration - one door in and one
door out.
MAXIMUM THIRTY PEOPLE in the room at a time, including committee members. - Register for the CRAKK Run and get your goodies bag and stuff.
You, your family and Buddies MUST wear your armband AT ALL TIMES!
Your CRAKK Run armband means that your COVID details are recorded for the weekend. - Make sure your Buddies have scanned in and signed the Declaration. If unsure, ASK someone!
NOTE! If you have booked accommodation at the CCHP and you have others staying with you, you are responsible for ensuring they are all listed on the declaration. THIS INCLUDES YOUR BUDDIES ON A BUDDY PASS!
If you are NOT entered, you must scan the QR Code and sign the declaration at Reception every day you come to the CCHP. You will be issued a wrist band that's a different colour to the Entrants so that our COVID-Safe Officer knows you have scanned in. Anyone found wandering around without a wrist band will be asked to log in or leave the park.
Show n Shine
At this time, it looks like the Show n Shine will be at the CCHP. Restrictions are still in place in NSW for outdoor areas.
Designated areas will be broadcast in plenty of time for you to move your car to the Show n Shine. This will prevent over-crowding and allow us all to check out the cars. Only Entrants' cars with clearly displayed Pre- and Post- 48 CRAKK Run stickers will be judged. If you want to include your non-eligible car, you may do so, but you cannot display a Pre- or Post- 48 CRAKK Run sticker.
During the Show n Shine, Karnival Kuisine will be available.
